Submission of Free Papers

Instructions
Your abstracts will be hosted by "https://easychair.org". If you are not registered in "Easy Chair", follow the steps, from 1) to 7) and create an account. If you already have an account follow the steps form 8) to 11) for the submission.
1) Go to the link - https://goo.gl/6FDyUg
2) Click "create an account".
3) Fill the "captcha" and click "continue"
4)Fill the requested details in the next page and click "continue"
5)You will be received an email with further details of creating the account. Log in to your Email account and open it.
6) Follow the given link in the E-mail.
7) Fill the information form and click " Create my account". Don't forget to
"✔" the Terms of Service on the top.
9) Then you will be directed to "ASSACS2018" page.
10) Fill the the Following details accordingly and click "Submit". At minimum, details of one author has to be given.
11) You should see a screen similar to the following once your abstract is successfully submitted.

Guidelines for the Submission of Orations
Submission deadline: 1st August 2018
Submissions are invited for the ASC oration to be delivered during the Annual Scientific Sessions of the Anuradhapura Clinical Society – September 2018
The oration should be based on original and personal work related to the field of medicine and should not have been previously presented in a similar context in a public / academic forum.
Two soft copies of the oration should be sent before the above deadline to the Secretory, ACS via e-mail (to - abstracts.acs@gmail.com). One (1) copy should bear the name of the presenter and the other should be anonymized (i.e. not contain his/her name).
A full curriculum vitae of the author should be sent with manuscript.
There should be no substantial alterations to the submitted text when the oration is delivered.
The duration of the oration will be 40 minutes.
A committee appointed by the Council of the ACS will scrutinize the manuscripts and recommend the award of the oration to the most suitable candidate.
In the event of no submissions of suitable calibre being received, the particular oration/s may not be awarded for the particular year.

Soft copies of following documents to be attached with the oration
1. Oration (with a structured abstract not exceeding 300 words): Max 3000 words
a. Two (02) copies
i. One (01) with all personal details
ii. Other (01) without personal details
2. Full CV
3. Copies of all published work related to the oration
4. In case of using papers with first authors other than the researcher submitting the oration, a letter from the first author giving permission to use the particular paper in the oration.
